This data is stored securely on our servers associated with your account. You maintain full control and can delete your meeting data at any time via the dashboard.

  • User Account Information: When you log in, we collect your email address and basic profile information to manage your account and subscription.

  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve the extension's performance and user experience.

  • Cookies and Local Storage: we use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, save your preferences, and ensure the extension functions correctly. These are essential for the operation of the service.

8. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy

Mia Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding Google Calendar data:

  • We use Google Calendar access solely to sync your meetings and enable the auto-join feature for the Mia Assistant.

  • We do not share your Google Calendar data with third-party tools (like OpenAI) for training their general AI models.

  • Data obtained from Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
