Mia Assistant provides AI-powered meeting transcription, summarization, and assistant services through a Chrome Extension and a Web Dashboard.

3. Google Account Integration & Data Usage

Our service integrates with your Google Account using OAuth authentication. By connecting your account, you agree to grant us access to specific data (such as meeting details) necessary for the service to function.

Compliance with Google Policies: We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before recording or transcribing any meeting, as required by applicable laws.

All content and software associated with Mia Assistant are the property of Mia Assistant or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". Mia Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
